For every person that is diagnosed with diabetes, there is one person not yet diagnosed. It is a major health problem throughout the world.

  • Explore the relevance of metabolic syndrome in the development of Type 2 diabetes.

  • Nursing consideration in the use of insulin.
  • Update on Oral Anti-Diabetic Agents, their mechanism of Action, Primary and Secondary Effects, Interactions and side effects of medication and nursing considerations.
